Morph Holesky Testnet Upgrade

This week we conducted a Morph Holesky Testnet Upgrade, it has been completed! All services have returned back to normal from the short downtime, expect a lot of quality of life changes!

• Added staking module, including features such as sequencer election, user stake delegation, and reward distribution.
  - Enable the upcoming features at block height 6330180 (Around 2024/08/14):
  - Support for TLOAD, TSTORE, and MCOPY opcodes.
  - Updated L1 data fee calculation mechanism.
  - Reduced rollup gas costs by modifying the batch header and optimizing the storage structure in Rollup.sol.
  - Improved block production efficiency.
  - Optimized the withdrawal process, further shortening the user withdrawal period.

Continuing to speak on our Morph Ambassador program, there are 3 tiers we want to highlight! Our Builders, Advocates and Explorers. Morph Ambassadors are the visionary leaders driving the adoption and innovation of Morph as Ethereum's global consumer layer. Morph acts as a distribution hub for the resources builders need to launch and scale for the mass market, so we need a diverse group of people to help us succeed. Our Ambassadors are the believers, practitioners, and changemakers: developers, educators, researchers, writers, public speakers, NFT artists, storytellers, meme-makers and creators who want to contribute to Morph and the broader Ethereum vision by doing what they love. They help us distribute vital resources, connections, and everything needed to build, launch, and use innovative solutions on Morph.

Builders:

• Build consumer-focused applications, provide feedback on products and roadmap, and offer thought leadership for the community.

Advocates:

• Create intermediate to advanced content (ideally technical), judge at hackathons, and translate or offer feedback on content and events.

Explorers:

• Moderate community platforms, moderate virtual events, establish new language channels, and help generate traction among consumers on social media.
