Morph Holesky Testnet Upgrade

Morph Holesky Testnet will be undergoing a scheduled upgrade on August 12 at 6:00AM UTC+0. The process is expected to last approximately four hours. This upgrade will enhance network performance and security for all users.

For Users:
1. Deposit services will be suspended during the entire upgrade process.
2. Morph Holesky transactions cannot be processed for approximately one hour.
3. Please do not conduct any transactions during the upgrade period.

For Node Operators:
1. You must upgrade the node code to version v0.2.0-beta before the upgrade.
2. You should clone the new version of the Morph code and compile the two executable binaries (morphnode and geth) following the previous node operation documentation.
3. These new binaries should replace the original executable binaries, and the two services should be restarted.

Upgrade Changelog:
1. Added staking module: sequencer election, user stake delegation, and reward distribution.
2. Enabled at block 6330180 (8/14/2024):
- EIP-1559 & EIP-2930 transaction support.
- Support for TLOAD, TSTORE, and MCOPY opcodes.
- Updated L1 data fee calculation.
3. Transaction data compression to expand batch capacity & reduce fees.
4. Reduced rollup gas costs via batch header and storage optimization.
5. Improved block production efficiency.
6. Optimized memory allocation in execution client.
7. Added Morph pruner command to geth for state data pruning.
8. Shortened withdrawal period with optimized process.
