Morph and Foresight Ventures Co-Invest $1M in bAI, Empowering the Core AI Infrastructure for PayFi
April 3, 2025 — Morph — the leading consumer-grade Layer 2 blockchain, has officially announced a $1 million joint investment in bAI Fund, alongside prominent crypto investment firm Foresight Ventures. This is not only Morph's first co-investment in the AI+Crypto space but also signifies that $BAI will officially become the future AI technology cornerstone of the PayFi system in the Morph ecosystem.
bAI Fund is the first on-chain fund platform in the Morph ecosystem to be created and governed autonomously by AI Agents. Built on Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) infrastructure, combining AI technology, DeFi, and DAO models to pioneer the native concept of "Agent invests in Agent" on-chain. Its native token, $BAI, has evolved from an initial meme token into a "platform token" that supports Agent deployment, governance, and operations—featuring platform-level infrastructure attributes.

Morph's PayFi stack will gradually integrate bAI Fund's AI-driven infrastructure, including programmable capital modules, cross-platform payment routing, and autonomous strategy execution—turning $BAI into the settlement currency of the AI agent economy.
Currently, bAI Fund has launched several Agent Tokens, including trading Agents, data analysis Agents, and asset management Agents — all running within TEE for secure and transparent execution. A No-Code Agent Builder is also scheduled to launch soon, enabling everyday users to customize their own Agents and participate in the governance and operation of bAI Fund.
