How to Provide Liquidity to Pools on Morph with MorFi DEX

Please make sure you’ve reviewed our other guides on how to connect and verify your account with Morph Zoo Season 2 for the first time. For this activity, you must have already bridged some ETH onto Morph and have it available within your wallet.

For your Morph Zoo activity points to be recorded correctly please use the same wallet that’s connected to your Morph Zoo account. Even if you connected a different wallet than the one used as an example in this guide, the steps to follow will be the same.

  1. Scroll down on the Gas Usage page of Season 2, until you see our featured dapps and activities, and click the Go to DApp button next to MorFi.
  1. In the next pop-up, check the acknowledgment and click the Go to DApp button.
  1. A new page will open taking you to MorFi’s website. Click the Connect Wallet button on the top right corner.
  1. Select your preferred wallet. For this example, we will continue with Bitget Wallet, but the process will be similar regardless of the wallet you use.
  1. Click Connect in your wallet notification.
  1. Now that your wallet is connected, click the Provide Liquidity button.
  1. On this next page, you can see a list of all available pools and their key details. We will select the ETH - USDT pool for this example.
  1. Click Create Position next.
  1. On this Position page, you have a histogram that indicates the distribution of liquidity, with the current price highlighted in red. We will use a Common price setting for this example. After selecting it, min and max prices will be set automatically.
  1. On the right side of the page, you can enter the amount of ETH and USDT that you will provide to the pool. Because we’re using the pre-set Common settings from the previous step, the ratio is provided automatically. This means that entering your desired amount of either ETH or USDT will auto-populate the opposing pair. Click Approve USDT when ready.

Please Note: Adding liquidity to these types of pools always involves a pair of tokens. In this example, you would already need to have ETH and USDT. You can review this guide to learn how to trade tokens with DEXs on Morph. MorFi has a Swap page that can be used for token trades as well.

  1. Approve the transaction in your wallet pop-up.
  1. Once approved, the button on the website will change to Create Position, click it when ready.
  1. Confirm the transaction in your wallet pop-up.
  1. Once the transaction is complete, you’ll be able to see your new position in this ETH / USDT pool along with key information such as APRs, TVLs, and your Earnings
